Alpha Care Properties is the managing company for 3 long term care facilities located in Oklahoma. Alpha Care Properties and the facilities are all locally owned and operated.

Alpha Care Properties is handled daily by our dedicated management team, which keeps everyone busy. But we all enjoy the work and consider this our calling in life. We would love to assist you in the assessment and placement of your loved one.

All 3 Alpha Care Properties facilities are dually certified. This is a hands on project that keeps everyone pretty busy but always happy to assist.

ALL OUR FACILITIES ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE MY INNERVIEW PROCESS AND HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING AN IMPROVED STAR RATING. ELMWOOD MANOR, HASKELL CARE CENTER AND OKEMAH CARE CENTER ALL RECEIVED 2 STARS ADDITION.  IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE OF FAMILY MEMBER PARTICIPATED IN THE SURVEYS - THANK YOU VERY MUCH.  LINDA BRANNON
